The East Lake Ainslie Cemetery is located across the road from the Lake Ainslie Presbyterian Church at 3008 Highway 395, East Lake Ainslie, Nova Scotia, Canada. It is run by the East Lake Ainslie Cemetery Society, a Canadian Charitable organization and member of the Joint Stocks of Nova Scotia. The Cemetery is run by donations.
